2) Data Collection When You Visit My Website
When you use my website purely for informational purposes, I only collect the data your browser transmits to my server ("server log files"). This includes:

  • Source/referrer from which you accessed the site

3) Hosting by Wix
I use the website builder system by Wix (Wix HQ, Nemal Tel Aviv St 40, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel) for hosting and displaying my website. All data collected on my website is processed on Wix's servers. This may include further processing by Wix Inc., 500 Terry A. Francois Boulevard, San Francisco, California 94158, USA.

4) Cookies
To make my website more user-friendly and functional, I use cookies. These are small text files stored on your device. Some cookies are deleted after you close your browser (session cookies), while others remain stored and allow your browser to be recognized during your next visit (persistent cookies).
Cookies can collect information such as your browser type, location data, and IP address. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specific period, which may vary.

5) Contacting Me

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – my legitimate interest in responding to inquiries. If your contact aims at a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies.
I delete your data after the inquiry is resolved unless legal retention obligations apply.
 
6) Customer Accounts and Contract Processing
If you create a customer account or provide data for contract fulfillment, I process your data according to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The type of data depends on the forms used.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting me. Your data will be stored as long as required for legal or tax reasons, then deleted unless you have consented to further use.
 
7) Use of Single Sign-On (e.g. Facebook Connect)
You may be able to register using "Facebook Connect," a service provided by Facebook Ireland Ltd. If you use this service, Facebook sends me selected profile data depending on your privacy settings and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

8) Direct Advertising
8.1 Newsletter Subscription
If you subscribe to my newsletter, I use your email address to send you updates. I use the double opt-in process to confirm your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
You can unsubscribe at any time. After unsubscribing, your data will be deleted unless otherwise permitted.
8.2 Newsletter to Existing Customers
If I have received your email through a transaction, I may send you similar offers under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR unless you object.
8.3 Postal Advertising
Based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, I may use your name and postal address to send postal advertising. You may object at any time.
8.4 Product Availability Notification
If you sign up for availability alerts, I use your email address once to notify you. You must confirm via double opt-in. You may unsubscribe at any time.
 
9) Order Processing and Payment Services
I may pass data to delivery services or payment providers for contract fulfillment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
9.1 Delivery Partners
Your name, address, and phone number may be shared with selected partners for shipping.
9.2 Payment Providers
If you choose PayPal or Stripe, your data is passed to these providers for payment processing.

10) Social Media: Videos
YouTube Embeds

11.1 Google Web Fonts
I use Google Fonts for consistent text display. This may involve loading fonts from Google servers. Based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
11.2 Google Maps
I embed Google Maps to display my location. Data may be transferred to Google servers. Based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You have the right to:

13) Data Retention
The duration of data storage depends on:

  • Legal obligations (e.g. tax laws)

Once the purpose for storing data no longer applies and no legal reasons remain, I delete the data.
